Shikoba: Online Terms of Trade
New Zealand Shoppers
All orders are delivered by Courier signature required and costs are North island $7.50-$10.00 and south island $15.00 Allow us one day to process your order. Once dispatched, delivery should take 1-3 working days if you live in main centres or 3-5 working days for rural locations.
International Shoppers
Delivery will take slightly longer, Australia shipping costs are $20 allow 7-10 days. For Other international Shipping please contact us for Delivery prices
Exchanges
If your purchase does not fit and you want to swap it for another size, we will ship the replacement to you at no extra charge. Size swaps and refunds are subject to availability. We are unable to exchange a purchase for a different colour or style.
International shoppers
Unfortunately we do not offer size swaps for international purchases. To help make sure you get the correct size the first time around, please check our size charts or email us at info@shikobaclothing.co.nz if you have any sizing queries.
Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund you via your original method of payment, less shipping costs. Please make sure all the item’s swing tickets and labels remain attached and the item is not:
a). worn, altered or dirty;
b). damaged after purchase;
c). purchased on sale; as we cannot accept returns in any of these circumstances. All returned items will need to be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and reason for the return.
Return shipping
Will be at your own expense and shipping and handling on these returns are non-refundable. To ensure that your return or exchange goes as smoothly as possible, please include your name, address, telephone number, original invoice and reasons for your return and send to:
